Warranty:

  • All products have 1 year full warranty.
  • Warranty is effective from the time the product has been shipped to the customer.
  • In the event that a replacement product is required, the customer will receive the most recent version of the product.

Refunds:

  • Returns will only be accepted within 6 months of the purchase date.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of each item’s purchase price plus shipping charges will be applied for all returns where the item is not defective.
  • The refunded amount will be sent to the customer after BraveTECH has received photo verification of the returned shipment from the customer.
  • Returns of products with a purchase price over $100.00 USD are to be shipped with tracking.
