Having Trouble With Your Product?

Here is a list of common problems that can occur when installing the front turn signals.

None of the turn signals (front or rear) will flash, after installing the new front turn signals

  • Ensure your vehicle battery is fully charged.
  • Ensure you have installed an electronic signal light flasher relay.  These are LED front turn signals which draw less current than the factory incandescent bulbs.  An electronic flasher is required to keep the flash rate consistent.

The rear turn signals function but not the front turn signals. Also, when turning on the vehicle’s parking light switch, the front turn signal parking lights DO NOT turn on (No response from the front turn signals at all).

  • Ensure your vehicle battery is fully charged.
  • Ensure the front turn signal adapter is properly installed in the factory pigtail.
  • Install a factory 1157 incandescent bulb into the factory pigtail, to verify the pigtail is receiving adequate power from the turn signals and parking light switch.
The rear turn signals function but not the front turn signals. Also, When turning on the vehicle’s parking light switch, the front turn signal parking lights DO turn on (Some response from the front turn signals).
  • Ensure your vehicle battery is fully charged.
  • Ensure the front turn signal adapter is properly installed in the factory pigtail. Sometimes the contacts on the adapter are not sufficiently making contact with the pigtail contacts.
  • Install a factory 1157 incandescent bulb into the factory pigtail, to verify the pigtail is receiving adequate power from the turn signals.
The front turn signals do function but the turn signals appear white and when enabling the parking lights, the front turn signal parking lights flash amber “one time” then turn off.
  • The front turn signal adapter has been installed backwards. Remove the adapter from the pigtail, rotate the adapter 180 degrees, reinstall the adapter.
